How do you transfer ipod movies from one computer to another computer?

My school issues laptops to all the students, so i wanted to put all my movies and music onto the Mac’s itunes. I had no problem putting on the songs, but can’t get the movies. I can not download any new software due to school rules, so can anyone tell me how to do this without downloading software. Also I have an ipod Touch if that makes a difference.
