SUPER will do that for you. It’s free, very powerful and contains no spyware. What’s more, it has more capabilities than most commercial software I know of. It’s also VERY easy to use.

Try it, you’ll like it. It will convert formats like psp, ps3, flv, rm, mov, mpeg4, etcetera. Very convenient to have around.
